“Controlling the breath”

“Prana is the air that flows in the body. It’s amaya means kumbhaka.

Kumbhaka is a state when neither puraka nor rechaka is taking place is called kumbhaka

Yogic breathing is an art wich requires lot of patience and concentration. This is a very good exercise to all the parts of the lungs and makes the lung tissues strong. Regular practice makes an individual less prone to disorders like asthma.

Dhayana

 

“Controlling of Mind”

Human mind is very unstable and unsteady and contains lots of impurities and is like a disturbed pond.

Dhayan is a state of mental concentration, all the impurities of the mind can be completely washed away through dhayana.
