I started my studies on YOGIC philosophy under the guidance of my GURU. I studied and practiced various breathing exercises which involved muscle tensing called as muscle tendon exercises also known as exercises of rejuvenation from on of the great master. Also learnt and understood the art of MEDITATION under the influence of my GURU.
With YOGIC practice I found improvement in all levels and aspects of life. YOGA was a awakening for me as I have seen yoga transform lives and bodies. Practice of YOGA & MEDITATION has taught me simple and powerful way to make life peaceful and experience your inner strength and beauty. YOGA & MEDITATION shows you how to control the “Monkey Mind” which keeps you thinking, wandering and makes you restless.
I am a member of NEST ( Nature and Environment Society of Thane ), we conduct awarness programmes in schools by way of organizing exhibitions of wild life photography and natural paintings so that students is schools understand the importance of environment and get exposure to the factos of nature.
I am also passionate about Art and painting. My paintings are very simple & sober. In my paintings I always show my gratitude and respect towards nature. I am a nature loving person, always spends my leisure time in the vicinity of nature, and loves to go for trekking camps. My work of paintings helps one to understand the power of Cosmos (Existence) and guides him to meditate.
